Custom Streetwear RFQ Checklist for Brand Buyers
Use this checklist to prepare a clear custom streetwear manufacturing quote request. A complete RFQ helps MyOwnWear review MOQ, fabric, decoration, packaging, sampling, and production timing faster.
RFQ basics
What to include before asking for a quote.
For B2B streetwear production, the quote depends on the garment type, quantity, fabric, GSM, size range, artwork method, labels, packaging, and target delivery country. Missing details usually create slower back-and-forth and less accurate pricing.
1. Product type
State whether you need hoodies, oversized T-shirts, tracksuits, jackets, pants, or private label packaging.
2. Quantity and sizes
Share the target order quantity and size range. MyOwnWear supports low MOQ production from 10 pieces.
3. Fabric and GSM
Include fabric preference such as cotton fleece, cotton jersey, blended fabric, and target GSM if known.
4. Artwork method
Describe screen print, puff print, embroidery, DTG, heat transfer, reflective print, or mixed decoration needs.
Quote accuracy
Details that change custom streetwear pricing.
Oversized fit, cropped fit, custom pattern work, and size grading can affect sample work and production cost.
Heavier GSM, special blends, garment dye, and custom color matching usually change material cost and lead time.
Large prints, multi-position artwork, embroidery size, and special effects affect production complexity.
Neck labels, hangtags, polybags, size stickers, and carton marks add brand presentation steps.
