Custom Streetwear RFQ Checklist
Use this checklist before requesting a quote for hoodies, oversized T-shirts, tracksuits, jackets, pants, complex decoration, and private label packaging.
1. Product And Quantity
- Product type: hoodie, tee, tracksuit, jacket, pants, set, or packaging.
- Quantity by style, color, and size. MOQ 10 can be reviewed when specs are clear.
- Size range and target fit: oversized, boxy, cropped, regular, or relaxed.
- Reference photos, measurement chart, sample garment, or tech pack if available.
2. Fabric / GSM
- Fabric route: cotton jersey, fleece, French terry, woven shell, denim, nylon, or blend.
- Target GSM or hand feel: lightweight, midweight, heavyweight, structured, or washed.
- Colorways and whether lab dip or fabric approval is needed.
- Season and market: summer tee, heavyweight winter hoodie, outerwear, or matching set.
3. Decoration And Craft
- Craft method: puff print, screen print, embroidery, applique, patch, wash, or mixed route.
- Artwork files, logo placement, print size, embroidery size, and color count.
- Durability expectation: everyday wear, premium drop, heavy wash, or retail display.
- Confirm if decoration should appear on front, back, sleeve, hood, leg, or pocket.
4. Private Label Packaging
- Neck label, care label, size label, woven label, or printed label.
- Hangtag, polybag, size sticker, SKU sticker, tissue, thank-you card, or carton mark.
- Packaging artwork files and barcode/SKU requirements if used.
- State whether packaging is needed for sample only, bulk only, or both.
